SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
Please review our shipping and refund policy before placing an order. By completing a purchase through MSLpeps.com, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping, delivery, and refund terms outlined below.
Shipping Summary
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3pm CT ship next business day.
- Orders after 3pm CT Friday through Sunday ship Tuesday.
- Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
- All sales are final due to product type.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (research chemicals and peptides), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. This policy exists to maintain the integrity and safety of our research compounds and to comply with applicable regulations.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Research-grade chemical compounds have strict handling, storage, and chain-of-custody requirements. Once a product leaves our facility:
- We cannot verify storage conditions were maintained
- We cannot guarantee the chain of custody has been unbroken
- Accepting returned compounds poses potential safety and contamination risks
- Regulatory compliance requires strict handling protocols
Order Errors & Damaged Shipments
While all sales are final, we will work with you in the following limited circumstances:
Incorrect Item Shipped
If we shipped you the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@mslpeps.com with your order number and photos. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives visibly damaged (broken vials, compromised packaging), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will evaluate each case individually.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved after 5 business days, contact us at admin@mslpeps.com. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been prepared and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at admin@mslpeps.com. We process orders quickly — same or next business day — so prompt contact is essential.
Research Use Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase from Mad Science Labs Peptides, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption
- Products are NOT FDA approved
- You are a qualified researcher using these compounds for legal research purposes
